Content:
In a distant future, mankind lives encapsuled in an etarnal
city. They are lead by a computer. They never leave the
city, they are virtually immortal. They go "to sleep"
at intervals and are re-awakened some hundreds or thousand
years later. Once in a while, a strange one is awakened.
Someone, who has never been awakened before. And this
one has the desire to leave the city.
He finds another city, other human beings and even a spaceship
to go to outer space to look for the remnants of mankind
(or the entities that drove mankind out of the universe
and back to earth some billion years ago). He finds them
not, but a strange entity that is neither ...
The rest of the reading you gotta do for yourself.
