Content:
Das Ewige Lied:
By F. W. Haubold
Marching off to war against an invisible enemy, who
can be defeated in the end. With nice quotes by Bob
Dylan and The Doors, it is quite lyrical.
002:32:45:
By F. Hebben
"He gives us a glimpse into a posthumane future,
where human beings are very valuable as material resources."
Ein Garten Für Die Ewigkeit:
By M. Schneiberg
An alien race snatches the dead from earth to revive
them and make them work for their purposes. Until the
"living dead" go on a strike. Quite a funny
one, this.
Jäger:
By M. S. Sembten and F.
Gagel
A hunting trip gone wrong, as the hunter suddenly finds
himself between two alien frontlines. In the end, his
"old fashioned" revolver proves to work against
the alien armor.
Polexplosion:
By J. Bühler
I don't really get this one. In a time after the poles
have melted and vast parts of the world are flooded,
divers turn to the sunken cities to map them. Their
data is being used to animate the old cities into cyber-exhibitions.
One of the divers however appears in such a simulation
due to strange things happening. Has got quite a religious
"new messiahs" feel to it.
Der Keller:
By M. Hammerschmitt
The basement of a regular house reveals a strange, experimental
set-up with a bunch of persons who are all in a coma.
The story is written in the style of a report, following
the investigations. However, there is no solution presented,
as to who or what installed the set-up and what the
experiment was for. If it was one.
Besuch unter der Oberfläche:
By B. Jagnow
A female scientist who is allergic to just about everything,
works alone in a submarine station. Then, a journalist
comes to visit her.
Psyhack:
By M. K. Iwoleit
"The story of a man who gets through a mess of
wrong memories to learn about his true past."
Ulla, Ulla:
By E. Brown, translated
by Tommi Brem
The true story behind H.G. Wells "War of the worlds".
Wells got the idea from a freind who kept quite a secret:
An alien space-ship on his premises. Just that Wells
gets the story wrong, they havn't come to conquer ...
A team of astronauts on Mars actually find those martians
...
Interview with Elia Barceló:
By T. Harbach
